History
Colonial Gardens of Austin is a memory care residence that is part of what we think of as a small community within Austin. We’re surrounded by our own gardens and walking paths. Just across the street are another garden, a church, and a library, where our residents are always welcome. Colonial Gardens looks and feels like home. What’s more, our rates are all-inclusive and lower than the Austin average.
Colonial Gardens is part of the Southwest LTC community. Southwest LTC manages and operates several skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities across Texas and Oklahoma. We provide innovative leadership in all aspects of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
Southwest LTC was founded in 2003 with a vision to be recognized as a premier provider of healthcare services in the communities we serve through continual innovation and passion. We embrace the values of compassion, respect, kindness and love for those we serve and the lives we touch. Southwest LTC has a mission to promote resident wellness and independence by providing a compassionate, professional healthcare and efficient management. We are committed to excellence in caring for each resident, family member, and employee.
